Share and assume responsibilities

100 words dspA photograph cut in half is simply two unconnected portions of a picture.  In a hologram, amazingly, “even a tiny fragment will still contain the whole.” 1 Organizations are like holograms.  They are most often sampled in small pieces.  Lost luggage becomes the airline.  A bad policy undermines the best organizational intent.  The whole is “seen” in the parts.  Leadership is about sharing and assuming responsibility.  Every person in a hologram-like organization recognizes that each task contains the whole organization.  All feel empowered in their work to reflect value, quality and service. No one is unimportant; no task insignificant.  Details matter.
